Production of walls in factory conditions
The main product of the company consists of prefabricated panels - walls, floors, and solid roof panels, used in house construction. These panels are assembled from several layers, each serving a technical and utilitarian purpose. We have developed an optimized selection of materials, creating a unique product that we have patented in the Netherlands and successfully utilize in all our projects.
Depending on customer preferences, the product can be customized, with the option to choose from 3 core materials (graphite polystyrene, mineral wool, and Gutex). Additionally, we offer a wide range of finishing options, including wood, brick, plaster, and paint.

The Process
A. 30-60 days
The Design & Prefabrication
The project must align with the requirements and, at the same time, adhere to fixed parameters such as surface or location. Our experts can approach the project from scratch or work based on an existing sketch. The factory production stage of the panels takes an average of 30 days. During this period, our skilled craftsmen will manufacture the necessary panels in factory conditions according to the project.
B. 4-6 days
The Delivery & Assembly
The panels for walls, roof, and floor are designed to fit into a truck for delivery to any address. On-site assembly (at the construction site) is an impressively fast process, taking an average of 4-6 days. The entire process is overseen by our regionally trained specialists and is carried out with the help of cranes and other specific equipment.
C. 40-60 days
Finishing
The smooth and flat surfaces from which the tiles are constructed allow for easy finishing, both for interior and exterior work. We offer various types of interior and exterior finishes applied directly from the factory, such as stone plinths, wood materials, or special paints. However, each client can choose to carry out this stage of the project alongside other specialized teams providing profile services.
D. After 3 months
