An average house costs €300/m2 to €500/m2 floor area, but this depends on design choices and the complexity of construction. With this price range we can deliver panels for walls, roofs and floors in different finishing stages, sometimes also with assembly on site included. This price excludes the price for foundation, windows and roof finishing which also varies for each design. Are you curious about what we build? Click HERE to see our product range.

We focus on export for the European market but we also build houses in Moldova. Currently we are exploring our opportunities on markets which are not accessible by road but by shipping, like the United States of America and the Middle East

Depending on location and the availability of the assembly team we can send up to 4 people to assist you in the assembly of your house. Please keep in mind that this team only assists in assembly and will not build the foundation or finish the building from the inside.

Before we can make a price we need to have an overview of your preferences. This information will be gathered through the Client Questionnaire which will be sent to you if you send an email to info@uniqa.md. At the same time you can send us your drawings which will be analysed. After we have received both the drawings and the filled in Client Questionnaire we will send you a first tentative price offer.

All materials that are sensitive to rodents and insects are fully enclosed by the other construction materials we use. With normal maintenance it is not possible for them to reach the insulation material or wood at the core of the frame.

EPS or Expanded PolyStyrene is a sustainable material. It requires little energy to make and is 100% recyclable. There are no poisonous gasses present in EPS since the styrene droplets only have air inside of them. Most buildings in Europe have EPS insulation, especially in the ground floors. You can read more about EPS insulation here: https://www.designingbuildings.co.uk/wiki/Ten_facts_about_Expanded_Polystyrene_(EPS)_insulation_to_help_specifiers

Because we glue our panels together under a vacuum the panels are very strong. The glue, together with the wooden frame and EPS insulation react as a mechanically whole panel, making it flexible enough not to break during earthquakes. All panels are secured both with metal anchors and strong screws.

Since Uniqa uses a Dutch patented technology it complies with the Dutch construction code. Our standard panels comply with the required fire safety for free standing residential homes as stated in “Bouwbesluit 2012”, the most recent Dutch construction code. For apartment and office buildings, or at your request, we can add a firesafe material called Fermacell which is made in Germany. This material has a firesafety rating of A2, the second best available on the market. The added value of using Fermacell is a better sound insulation and easy finishing surface. More information can be found here: https://www.fermacell.co.uk/fermacellapi/downloads/file/en-GB/0690J000004BxExQAK

Our panels can also be made with very high insulation values as required by the Passive House construction methodology.
